The Monzo Transparent Product Roadmap was an early experiment in building in the open from the fintech bank based in London The original roadmap was hosted on trello, however after a couple of years Monzo moved their roadmap over to their website.

The early public roadmap

The Transparent Product Roadmap was introduced as a trello board in 2016 (in a blog post on monzo.com), as an attempt to shine some light on the priorities Monzo was working towards.

Later iterations

Later iterations of the roadmap now live on the monzo site itself, under the community rubric.
