Terms & Conditions

This is a legally binding agreement. It regulates both our and your responsibilities and liabilities towards each other and includes important information about the services that we provide to our customers. You should read this document carefully and ask for independent professional advice if anything is unclear or if you have any questions. Do not use our services if you are unclear about anything in this document, or if you do not agree to any of its terms. If you use our services, you will be deemed to have agreed to this document, and it will establish a contract between you and us.

Our Services

Our services are provided on an as-is basis, and the roadmap or other communications do not form a promise of future service. Our Services are the same for all clients. We do not offer tailor-made services to any of our clients and we do not offer any advice as to whether or not our Services are suitable to any of our clients. It will be your responsibility, at all times, to ensure that the Services we offer (including the functionality that we offer and the way(s) in which we deliver the Services), including any changes to the Services, are suitable to your specific needs and circumstances. If our Services do not meet your needs, you should stop using our Services.

Changes to Services

Services may be changed from time to time, as the products are updated. If services change in a way you are not satisfied with, you do not have a right to a refund, but you may cancel your service at any time if you are unhappy with it by giving one month's notice.

Service Outages

If our services suffer failures, we will endeavour to restore service as quickly as possible and reasonable. If the outage is outwith our control we will contact the third party responsible and keep you up to date on our status page.

We will not share your information without your consent and comply with GDPR. See our privacy policy for more detail.

You may terminate your Account at any time and for any reason by giving us notice of one month.

We may terminate your Account at any time and for any reason by giving you advance notice of one month. If your Account has been terminated for whatever reason, then (unless we are prohibited from doing so by any applicable law or regulation), we will allow you to download all your data in a suitable format chosen by us.
